Bajorų kelias, Vilnius: ERGOVENT hidden diffusers for a warm apartment interior

About the project

In the Bajorų kelias project in Vilnius, a 55 sq. m apartment was designed by Rugilė Jautakaitė Interior.

The project idea developed very organically, through an open dialogue with the client and mutual understanding from both sides. The result is a warm, lively and visually light interior, where soft, rounded forms create an additional feeling of comfort.

Although the apartment is located on the first, darkest floor, and the colour palette is quite subtle and close in tone, the space does not feel dark or monotonous. It remained warm, inviting, uncluttered, and at the same time not overly sterile.

Interior concept

The main direction of this interior was warmth, softness and natural visual continuity. Instead of strong contrasts, the focus was placed on the overall atmosphere: rounded forms, calm tones, material harmony and carefully considered details.

The character of the space is created not by individual accents, but by the feeling of the whole. Custom furniture solutions were implemented by UAB Baldų Nestandartas, helping to maintain functionality and a coherent interior aesthetic in a compact 55 sq. m space.

The importance of the ventilation solution

In this type of interior, the ceiling view becomes especially important. The more visually calm and continuous the ceiling is, the better everything below it can be revealed: furniture, forms, materials, flooring solutions and the overall interior composition.

For this reason, ERGOVENT hidden diffusers were chosen for the project. They made it possible to avoid visible standard ventilation grilles and maintain a minimalist, uninterrupted ceiling surface.

ERGOVENT solution

ERGOVENT hidden diffusers were chosen for their ability to integrate ventilation into the ceiling so that technical elements would not become a dominant part of the interior.

This solution helped maintain a calm architectural ceiling view, while ventilation remained functional yet visually discreet. This is especially important in a smaller apartment, where every visible detail affects the overall feeling of the space.

The ERGOVENT solution allowed the technical function to be combined with the interior aesthetic without interrupting the soft, rounded and coherent mood of the project.

Final result

The final result is a warm, lively and uncluttered apartment interior, where technical solutions blend into the overall design.

ERGOVENT diffusers helped preserve a continuous ceiling view and strengthen the main idea of the interior: to create a soft, comfortable space where attention remains not on technical elements, but on the interior forms, materials and atmosphere.

The project photography was created by InterioShot by Gerda Ramone, capturing the softness, continuity and subtle balance of details in this interior.

“We chose ERGOVENT because of the continuity it brings to the ceiling. The calmer the ceiling, the better everything on the ground can be revealed.”
